fanhalo ("we", "us") is a social media promotion and networking platform for professionals in the adult entertainment industry. We focus on notifications and networking — we do not host, produce, or distribute adult material or explicit content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

• Notification identifiers — push notification tokens, on platforms that use push, needed to deliver alerts to your device.

We do not collect your device location.

• To provide notification, promotion, and networking features you request.
• To deliver push notifications and updates.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To analyze and improve the performance and reliability of the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share information only:

• With hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud services) that process data solely on our behalf to operate the Service.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, in two ways:

• In the app — go to Account → Delete Account.
• On the web — visit fanhalo.com/delete-account and confirm with a one-time code sent to your account email.

When you delete your account it is deactivated immediately and your data is scheduled for permanent removal. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information (see Account Deletion above).
• Opt out of non-essential push notifications via your device settings.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

6. Children

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below.
